SRX17890565: Whole genome sequencing of Mycoplasma arginini: strain QMP CG1-1952 isolated from milk
1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Five) run: 2.1M spots, 642.2M bases, 239Mb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was extracted from Mycoplasma arginini cells, checked and fragmented according to Illumina whole genome sequencing protocol. Specific adapters were ligated to fragment edges before proceeding to sequencing in a paired-end 2 x 151 bp run format

Study: Genome sequencing and assembly of Mycoplasma arginini isolated from fly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Genome sequencing and assembly of Mycoplasma arginini isolated from fly, coming from a farm raising livestock and milk-producing located in Wolcott, upper NY State, USA, . This is the first report of a M. arginini strain capable of infecting herds isolated from a fly present in the same farm. The genomic features of the M. arginini isolate were compared to those of other 9 isolates from the same and different farms in NY State
Sample: Mycoplasma arginini, strain: QMP CG1-1952 isolated from milk (North Laurence,NY State, USA)
